Privacy Policy of Colombiana de Escenarios S.A.S.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) establishes how Colombiana de Escenarios S.A.S. (hereinafter “CDE”), a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, with domicile in Bogotá, D.C., Tax ID (NIT) 900.422.028-1, email: prensa@movistararena.co, and phone number 571 5804348, collects, stores, uses, and processes your personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”).
This Policy applies to personal data collected through the various channels used by CDE, obtained with the prior authorization of the data subject, whether through a contractual, service, guest, attendee, or collaborator relationship, and which may be processed by CDE, its strategic partners, and the data subject.
Definitions:
- Authorization: Prior, express, and informed consent of the Data Subject to carry out the processing of personal data.
- Database: An organized set of data subject to collection and processing.
- Personal Data: Any information linked to or that can be associated with one or more identified or identifiable natural persons.
- Sensitive Data: Data that affects the privacy of the Data Subject or whose misuse may lead to discrimination.
- Data Processor: A natural or legal person, public or private, who processes personal data on behalf of CDE as the Data Controller.
- Personal Data Processing Policy: This document, as the policy applied by CDE in accordance with applicable law.
- Supplier: Any natural or legal person who provides services to CDE under a contractual relationship.
- Collaborator: A natural person who provides services to CDE.
- Client: Any natural or legal person who acquires a service from CDE.
- Data Controller: The natural or legal person who decides on the database and/or data processing. For purposes of this Policy, CDE acts as the Data Controller.
- Data Subject: A natural person whose personal data is processed, including clients, suppliers, employees, or any third party.
- Transfer: The sending of personal data by CDE to a third party within or outside a jurisdiction.
- Transmission: The communication of personal data from the Controller to the Processor for processing on behalf of the Controller.
- Processing: Any operation performed on personal data such as collection, storage, use, circulation, or deletion.
Personal Data We Collect and Process
CDE, within its corporate purpose and with prior authorization (written, verbal, digital, or otherwise), may process your Personal Data for the following purposes:
CDE may use your full name, ID number, address, email, and phone number. These are not sensitive data and are necessary to access Movistar Arena benefits and event-related information.
Additionally, for security purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, CDE may collect images through security cameras and video surveillance systems to prevent fraud and criminal activities. By entering Movistar Arena, consent is presumed.
Use of Personal Data
CDE may process your Personal Data to:
- Deliver products, benefits, and information.
- Conduct procedures with public or private entities.
- Analyze contractual relationships.
- Share data with strategic partners (e.g., Telefónica E.S.P., Ticket Fast SAS, Venues Snacks SAS) for payment management.
- Create advertising content and publish event-related material on social media.
CDE may also transfer or transmit your data to third parties within or outside Colombia under applicable regulations.
