This is how the Movistar Arena has grown among the most important venues in the world

The entertainment industry has been an important factor in the Colombian economy for several years. For this reason, venues such as the Movistar Arena have positioned the country as a very attractive destination for national and international artists.

According to Pollstar magazine's ranking, in the first half of 2024, this venue was the sixth arena in the world with the most attendees in venues with a capacity of 10,000 and 15,000 people. More than 263,000 spectators make the Movistar Arena a notable venue or stage for any tour. In turn, this number of fans and the constant movement in the Arena allow for a revitalization of the country's economy and an increasingly greater contribution to the GDP.

Of the events announced in Bogotá, the Movistar Arena has received 55% of the large concerts in auditoriums and venues in the city. For the second half of 2024, some of the most anticipated presentations are that of André Rieu, Residente, Ryan Castro, Myke Towers, Cultura Profética or Blessd, among others.
